FAQ

Questions HSE managers ask before piloting

Will it work with our existing cameras?

Yes — any IP camera via RTSP, including Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Bosch, Axis and Hanwha. Analogue cameras on a DVR may need an encoder, which we confirm during the free survey call.

What video resolution does the AI need?

720p minimum for reliable PPE detection. 1080p recommended for structural risk and inventory counting. Most cameras installed in the last five years meet or exceed this.

Does it work at night?

Monitoring runs continuously. Low-light accuracy depends on your camera's IR capability. Most modern IP cameras with IR provide adequate coverage. We assess night-time coverage during the survey call.

Is our footage stored on your servers?

We store flagged event photos, checklist photos and incident images only — not continuous video. Your full recording stays on your DVR or NVR on site. You retain full control.

Can we use drone footage?

Yes. Batch upload on all plans, scheduled drone feed integration on Enterprise. Particularly effective for large and elevated sites.

What if the site internet drops?

AI processing runs in our cloud. If connectivity is interrupted, live monitoring pauses and resumes automatically. The mobile app has offline mode for checklists and incident logs that sync when connectivity returns.
