Pricing questions

Do I need to replace my cameras?

No. ScaffVision connects to any IP camera via RTSP — Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Bosch, Axis and all major brands. Older analogue cameras may need a DVR encoder, which we confirm during the free survey call.

How long does setup take?

Most sites go live within 2 hours of the onboarding call. We handle the integration remotely. Your involvement is mainly camera credentials and a 2-hour onboarding session.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — a 30-day pilot on your active site with full Pro features including AI PPE detection, structural risk and inventory counting. No credit card required.

What is the minimum contract?

Monthly plans have no minimum term. Annual plans are 12 months upfront with a 2-month saving. Enterprise contracts are structured per project duration.

Can I manage multiple sites on one account?

Yes. Each site is billed at the plan rate. Pro includes multi-zone management; Enterprise includes the full multi-site command dashboard with portfolio views.

What happens when a project completes?

Monthly plan sites can be deactivated with 30 days notice. Annual plan sites have a project-close provision — speak to our team during planning.
